The XML DOM hasFeature method is used for testing if the XML DOM implementation implements a specific feature and version as defined in DOM Features.

Syntax

The following below is the syntax to use the XML DOM hasFeature Method -

flag = document.implementation.hasFeature(feature, version);


Parameter Details

It is a DOMString representing the feature name.

It is a DOMString representing the version of the specification defining the feature.


Example

The following example illustrates the usage of the hasFeature method -

         document.write(document.implementation.hasFeature('Core', '3.0'));
      </script>
   </body>
</html>

Output

Save this file as domimplementation_hasfeature.html on the server path (this file and node.xml should be on the same path in your server). This gives us the following output below -
