PHP | vprintf() Function

The built-in PHP vprintf() function outputs a formatted string.

syntax

Following below is the syntax to use this function -

vprintf(format,argarray)

READ: PHP | vfprintf() Function

Parameter Details

Sr.No	Parameters & Description
1	format It is used to specify string and how to format the variable in it
2	argarray It is used to specify an array with argument to be inserted

Return Value

This PHP function returns the length of the outputted string.

Example

Try out the example below -

   $number = 30;
   $str = "Web design tutorialz";
   
   vprintf("There are %u million users for %s.",array($number,$str));
?>

Output

When the above code is executed, it will produce the following result -

There are 30 million users for Web design tutorialz.
