string setlocale ( int $category , array $locale )
Parameter Details

1 | constant It contains the information about what locale should be set |
2 | location It contains the information about country or region |
Return Value
It returns the new current locale, or false if the locale functionality is not implemented on your platform, the specified locale does not exist or the category name is invalid.
