PHP hebrev() Function


Hello folks! welcome back to a new edition of our tutorial on PHP. In this tutorial guide, we are going to be studying about the PHP hebrev() Function.

The built-in php hebrev() function is used to convert logical hebrew text to visual text. It convert hebrew text from a right-to-left flow to a left-to-right flow.

Syntax

Following below is the syntax to use this function -

string hebrev ( string $hebrew_text [, int $max_chars_per_line = 0 ] )

Parameter Details

hebrew_text

It contains the information about a hebrew string input

max_chars_per_line

It contains the information about max number of characters per line that will be returned


Return Value

This function returns the visual string.

Example

Try out the example below -

   echo hebrev("á çùåï äúùñâ");
?>

Output

When the above code is executed, it will produce the following result -

âñùúä ïåùç á
