The built-in PHP Ds Deque sum() function returns the sum of all the values in the deque.

Parameter Details

This built-in PHP function have no parameter.

Syntax

Following below is the syntax to use this function -

public number Ds\Deque::sum( void )


Return Value

This built-in function returns the sum of all values in the deque as either float or int depending on the values in the deque.

   $deque = new \Ds\Deque([5, 8, 1, 7, 3, 1]); 
   echo("The elements in deque: \n"); 
   print_r($deque);
