The built-in PHP Ds Deque shift() function removes and returns the first value.

Parameter Details

This built-in PHP function have no parameter.

Syntax

Following below is the syntax to use this function -

public mixed Ds\Deque::shift( void )


Return Value

This built-in function returns the removed first value and throws an UnderflowException if empty.
