The built-in Ds Deque allocate() function in PHP is used in allocating enough memory for a required capacity.

The Ds\Deque::allocate() function ensures that enough memory can be allocated out for the required capacity. It can remove the need to reallocate an internal as values are added.


Following below is the syntax to use this function -

public void Ds\Deque::allocate( int $capacity )

Return Value

This built-in PHP function does not return any value.


Try out the below example -

   $deque = new \Ds\Deque();  


Try the following example -

   $deque = new \Ds\Deque();
