How to Delete Existing Links in your WordPress Blog



Hello guys! Welcome back to another section of my tutorial on WordPress. In this tutorial post, i will be dropping you guys with the steps on how to Delete Anchor Links in WordPress.

You can remove unwanted links which you don't need for your website or post.

Following below are the simple steps on how to Delete Anchor Links in WordPress -

Step 1 - Click on Pages → All Pages button.



Step 2 - You can view the list of pages that has been created. When the cursor hovers on the  About Us page, a few options get displayed. Click on Edit button as shown below.


Step 3 - Select the word which you had already added link to i.e. Lorem and click on the Remove Link Symbol as seen below.


Step 4 - When you hover on the word Lorem, no tooltip of the existing URL will be available for the word any more because the link has been deleted.
